This program has included comprehensive modernization of production lines, commissioning of new aluminum extrusion lines, establishment of a complete billet and alloy ingot casting infrastructure utilizing high-capacity melting and holding furnaces, adoption of advanced casting technologies, installation of sophisticated homogenizing systems, expansion of the powder coating unit, and commissioning of a fully automated anodizing line for aluminum profiles. In addition to significantly increasing production capacity, the implementation of these measures has facilitated the deployment of modern process monitoring and control systems, reduced energy consumption, enabled effective management of exhaust gases, and optimized control of industrial wastewater. Sahand Profile continuously monitors its environmental performance and, through targeted investment in low-energy machinery and clean technologies, takes concrete steps to reduce air and water pollutants. Furthermore, considering the climatic and geographical characteristics of the region, the use of renewable energy sources and innovative energy supply solutions has been incorporated into the company’s future development plans.
